How many people will be coming this year?
With the huge success of last year, along with the growth of our partner base since Transcend 2018, we are expecting double the amount of sales partners with more exhibitors and sponsors.
Is there a schedule released yet?
We have a general schedule posted that you can see at www.Transcendcon.net/schedule. Once we have session topics confirmed, the schedule will be updated. There will be more training and content sessions to choose from this year.
How much will the conference be after the standard pricing of $899 expires?
August 21st the price will be $999.
How much will the conference be if I don't need a room?
The current Conference pass with no room needed is $557. Register as a "partner - no room needed"
How can I pay?
We have three ways you can pay
By ACH to your bank account – Once you register, your bank account on file for your residuals will be ACHed your registration amount
By credit card. Once you register, you will be sent an invoice through our Payanywhere partner experience account that you can pay. If needed, we can set up an installment plan not to exceed two payments. **If you pay by credit card, you will see a record of it posted in your partner portal. This is NOT reflecting a second charge to residuals.
By debiting residuals, you must have a monthly residual base of $1,000 to qualify for this option. Debiting the residuals must be completed by October 1st . Because of this, this option of payment will not be available after August 31st registrations.
When will I be charged?
It depends on your payment method chosen, but payment must be made in full by September 21, 2019. Any promotions, Transcend Bucks earned or Prizes awarded that effect the registration expense will be credited on the October EPX residual run.

What nights are included?
The nights of Wednesday, October 2nd, and Thursday, October 3rd, are included in your conference pass.
Can I stay extra nights?
Yes, you can, we have secured a discounted room rate for three days prior to the event and three days after the event for attendees that would like to stay longer. The discounted rate is $235 per night plus resort fees.
Who do I make those arrangements with?
Contact the Boca Raton Resort and Club directly to make these arrangements.
Once you have registered for the meeting, if you are requesting a reservation prior to 10/2/19 or later than 10/4/19, please email Jackie.Burleigh@waldorfastoria.com with the dates you are requesting.
All requests must be made via email and will be based on availability. (No phone calls will be accepted). As long as you are registered, Ms. Burleigh will email you to confirm and request your credit card information for the mandatory 1 night deposit. She will have your registration information to extend your stay after August 8th.
Will there be an entertainer like Nelly last year?
Yes, there will be an entertainer, but we are looking at other styles of music this year. Stay tuned for more details.
What is the water activity?
The water activity will be a catamaran ride in the intercostal waterway along with a variety of water sports to participate in as well. More details to come.
Who are the speakers going to be this year?
Thursday night’s Keynote speaker is Ryan Estis. We are finalizing the details for the other speakers and will announce and promote them. We are positive that the speakers selected will be relevant to helping you grow your portfolio, entertain you, and inspire you.
What is the dress code?
During the day at the conference, the dress code is Business Casual.
For all evening functions and receptions, Business Casual or Cocktail Attire is appropriate. (Jackets for men, Cocktail appropriate dress for women).
Can I bring my significant other or family?
Absolutely. Here is the Significant Other Track:
There is no additional cost if the significant other does not attend any conference events or functions.
For a significant other to attend dinners and meal events, they must register for Transcend as a Guest and purchase a Conference Guest pass for $479. This will give them access to the following items. Event badges are required to attend all events.

If a significant other would like to participate in a Friday, October 4 activity during the designated NAB times, the cost would be $247.
Any activities during your stay outside of NAB times, would be planned and booked through the normal resort processes, times and pricing. They would be the individual’s responsibility.
I see that there are several buildings at the resort, which one will we be in?
We will be in the Intercostal buildings, primarily the Village and Tower. Feel free to check out their website at www.bocaresort.com.
What is the cancellation policy?
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All cancellations of conference registration, purchase of meals, and special events need to be sent in writing to the Transcend Annual Conference Hosts at firstname.lastname@example.org. Each conference registration cancellation received at least three weeks prior to the annual conference (September 11, 2019) will receive a refund of 100% of the registration cost. Cancellations received less than three weeks before the annual conference will be refunded at the discretion of Transcend Annual Conference Hosts, less any expenses incurred.
Refunds will not be granted for no-shows (registrants who do not attend the conference with no prior notice of cancellation). Registrants assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by the Transcend Annual Conference Hosts.

Can I bring my team? Is there a discount for a group?
Yes, you can bring your entire team. If you have a team of partners that you would like to bring, please register each one and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to see what concession can be made, if any, for your group.
Will there be contests to pay my way
Yes, there will contests to earn “Transcend bucks” to help pay for your registration or other prizes if desired. Those have already started, including the current Payanywhere Pax contest. What are Transcend Bucks?
Transcend Bucks are money that you can earn through contests, action items and rewards that can be applied to a variety of Transcend related activities. These will be awarded at Transcend during your registration.
Ways to redeem Transcend Bucks:
Apply them as a reimbursement for your Transcend Conference pass
Use them towards extra nights at the Boca Raton Resort
Apply them towards equipment that will be for sale at Transcend.

What about my travel?
Travel is the responsibility of the attendee. It is recommended to fly into one of the closer area airports, like Fort Lauderdale, no later than Wednesday, October 2nd, by 1:00pm.
